Protein is no doubt the building block that our body cannot manufacture therefore we need it in the diet. But a Doctor's interventional advice, even with this seemingly common and simple thing called protein intake, is important in order to be sure that we have the right moves. Too much of everything is a poison! Protein, in some quantity, can trigger an inflamatory reaction.

peanuts, canned foods, pasta and white bread, pork, red meat, processed food, artificial sweet

oily fish, nuts and seeds except peanuts, olive oil, canola oil, soy, fruits - strawberries and blueberries are the best, leafy green vegetables, oats and other whole grains,
