CONFUSION

Italic Quercetin

Formula: C15H10O7

Cognitive function, like thinking, calculating, perceiving and judging proportions, occur in the mind without concious effort. Unfortunately, toxins in the environment, vitamin deficiencies, the process of aging and the presence free radicals in the body can alter cognition and cause memory difficulty, reasoning difficulty and remembering difficulties.
Although medications can limit the severity of some related illnesses and afflictions, dietary supplements may also slow the progression of such malady as well as increase the cognitive function. The National Institute of Aging recommends maintaining a healthy diet and exercise regimen to preserve cognitive function, especially for the elderly. And not only the elderly, but also all the young elementary, high school and college students including the dropouts that need to excell.
ANTIOXIDANTS
A lot of nutrients for the improvement of cognitive function have been indicated, as well as preventing or slowing age related cognitive decline. Vitamins E, B complex, Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), Gingko biloba and phosphatidylserine (PS) combined with 15% fat diet were shown to prevent memory loss and Alzheimer's. Antioxidants are a popular part of the combination because they combat the free radicals that have been implicated in causing damage to brain cells.
Quercetin is a phytochemical compound that is part of the coloring found in the skins of apples, red onions, green tea extracts, red wine, cauliflower, berries and some nuts. It's a powerful Antioxidant, a natural antihistamine and an anti-inflamatory agent and helps in combating cancer cells, fights arthritis by relieving inflamations, allergies, and neutralizes free radicals in the body.

THE BASIC ANTI - INFLAMATORY FOODS

Strawberries, Blueberries, Cranberries

Protein is no doubt the building block that our body cannot manufacture therefore we need it in the diet. But a Doctor's interventional advice, even with this seemingly common and simple thing called protein intake, is important in order to be sure that we have the right moves. Too much of everything is a poison! Protein, in some quantity, can trigger an inflamatory reaction.

Foods that are to be avoided:
peanuts, canned foods, pasta and white bread, pork, red meat, processed food, artificial sweet
eners, sugar

Foods to eat
oily fish, nuts and seeds except peanuts, olive oil, canola oil, soy, fruits - strawberries and blueberries are the best, leafy green vegetables, oats and other whole grains,

Anthocyanin found in strawberries and blueberries is an anti-inflamatory compound that keeps arteries soft and do not harden under stress.

DREAMING ABOUT FISHES

Dreams can sometimes be wet, bizarre, scary, crazy, funny or lacrimal. Sometimes we attack, sometimes we're attacked, sometimes we fight, sometimes we run, we fall, we fly, sometimes we are in wonderland, sometimes we find ourselves underwater, sometimes we catch our breath, sometimes we nearly lost it and then suddenly - we wake up to find we were just dreaming, and continue panting and grasping for breath outside of our dream proper. And thats what is called a nightmare.

Dr. Sigmund Freud, the foremost authority on dreams, insisted that dreams are a form of fulfilling suppressed wishes. If a wish (likely to be sexual in origin) goes unsatisfied during the dreamer's normal day, the mind reacts to this "internal stimuli" by transforming it into a visual fantasy - allowing the dreamer to satisfy his or her desire. The result of which is a peaceful night's sleep.

This could very well explain why the causes of "wet dreams" are usually never the result of a normal sexual act within a dream.

The following is an extract from dreams people had in the past and recorded as it happened a lot of times:

A man went to bed, the curtains are drawn, the lights are turned off, and attempted to disconnect himself from reality by extinguishing all external stimuli. During the night, the mind protects the sleeper from being disturbed by reacting to further external stimuli (noise, temperature, light, the need to urinate, numb arm/leg, pain etc.) as well as all internal stimuli (emotions, fears, dissatisfaction, desires, previous day's activities) by manufacturing dreams. And it so happened that this dream became so prevalent that it became so easy to recall and to retell to the next generation as its occurence became so frequent.
That: where a man dreams of fishes swimming in the water and happens to capture some of the fishes in his dream, not a week would pass without him receiving some monetary blessings from a relative or a close friend from some distant place. So, in these times of recession we may have that solution to having less nowadays by just plain dreaming of capturing - a lot of fishes. Sweet Dreams!
